What a Typical Day Could Look Like

As a People Services Intern in Human Resources, you’ll step into a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the HR function across both corporate and on-site teams. This role is primarily administrative in nature, with a strong emphasis on organization, confidentiality, and providing exceptional internal support. You’ll work closely with HR leaders and gain exposure to the foundational processes that keep our people operations running smoothly.

 

You Are the HR Support Champion!

  • Play a key role in digitizing HR and streamlining HR processes and documentation.
  • Maintain and organize HR databases, employee files, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks and audits to ensure records are complete and up to date
  • Support recruiting efforts, including internship program coordination and communication with local schools
  • Contribute to market research projects that support HR initiatives and workforce planning

Requirements

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:

  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and handling employee-sensitive information
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft and Google platforms
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Able and willing to work the required schedule for the duration of the internship
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the past 12 months
