Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Advisory team at Marsh Singapore. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Advisory Intern, you will support a small team of Sales and Support professionals by assisting with daily account management tasks for standard, low-risk accounts. You will help prepare routine correspondence, communicate with stakeholders, update account management systems, and assist with event planning and accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

We will count on you to:

  • Assist with daily account management tasks for standard, low-risk accounts.
  • Prepare routine correspondences and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding account queries and document acquisition.
  • Enter, revise, and update information on account management systems and software.
  • Ensure all account-specific procedures, contracts, and deliverables are documented, regularly updated, and properly stored.
  • Support annual and ad-hoc event planning initiatives.
  • Document satisfaction survey results and follow up with non-participant accounts.
  • Assist with accounting tasks to reconcile Accounts Receivables and resolve account differences.

What you need to have:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in account management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
