From automating processes to leveraging smart factory technologies, robotics, and additive manufacturing, GE Aerospace is shaping the future of aviation at GE Aerospace Engine Services Singapore (GEAESS).
GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.
 
Role Overview:

  • Key responsibilities include researching and identifying areas for improvement, testing solutions, and creating documentation and training materials for end-users.
  • The individual will work with cross-functional teams to integrate Covalent into existing systems, ensure functionality, and support training initiatives such as VR development, workshops, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
  • Success requires strong technical, analytical, and collaborative skills to drive process improvements and enhance workflows.

 
Ideal Candidate

Detail-oriented, technically adept, and proactive team player with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, experienced in process improvement and workflow digitization, who can support cross-functional training, integrate new systems, and create clear documentation while using research and data to drive continuous improvement.  
 
Required Qualifications

  • A degree in business or an engineering-related field.
  • Interns must be able to commit to a 20-24 week internship at minimum to ensure they have sufficient time and opportunity to learn from their internship projects
