About the Role

MAIN PURPOSE 

 

SHISEIDO Regional Brand Team’s mission is to build long-term brand equity and accelerate brand and market share growth in the region by collaborating closely with the Global Brand Holder and local market teams, which include Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, and Oceania. 

 

The incumbent will support the Regional Education team in enhancing brand education across APAC markets. This role involves coordination, content management, data analysis, and general administrative duties to ensure high-quality, consistent education delivery across the region, in line with the SHISEIDO brand strategy. 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Education Operations & Support 

  • Assist in the rollout and coordination of regional-led education initiatives and training programs. 

  • Support the planning and execution of regional education seminars and webinars activities. 

  • Coordinate with local markets to track training activities and consolidate feedback. 

  • Help monitor market training completion rates and follow up with local teams to ensure alignment. 

 

Content Management 

  • Support the creation and maintenance of education materials, presentations, and open sell modules. 

  • Ensure timely distribution of training content to markets and help monitor usage. 

  • Assist in content audits and maintain an organized database of educational assets on SharePoint or designated platforms. 

 

Administrative and Reporting Duties 

  • Assist with regional education reporting, including monthly dashboards and program evaluation summaries. 

  • Support administrative tasks such as invoice and PO processing, meeting scheduling, and coordination with external partners or vendors. 

  • Provide assistance in coordinating shipment and logistics for education-related materials and samples. 

 

Digital Learning & LMS Support (Open Sell Focus) 

  • Support the Education team in managing and updating SHISEIDO’s Learning Management System (LMS), specifically for open sell learning modules. 

  • Assist in the preparation of fact sheets and reference materials to support open sell training across markets. 

  • Coordinate with local markets to ensure timely upload and localization of LMS content. 

  • Track and follow up on learning module completions across APAC markets, ensuring engagement and compliance. 

  • Help gather feedback from markets on LMS usability and training relevance, consolidating insights for continuous improvement. 

  • Collaborate with the regional team to ensure all educational assets related to open sell are aligned with brand guidelines and training objectives. 

  • Plus Value: Assist in basic video editing and the creation of simple, engaging education content (e.g., training snippets, how-to videos, visual explainers) for internal sharing or LMS use. 

  • Plus Value: Support the development of social media-friendly educational assets (e.g., bite-sized training tips or visuals) to increase learning engagement, especially for mobile-first audiences. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with SharePoint. 

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in another Asian language is an advantage. 

  • Passionate about the beauty industry and eager to learn in a regional environment.
