JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders like Content, Radio, Digital, Creative Services team to execute campaigns proficiently across Astro’s ecosystem of TV, radio, digital, and on-ground activation. 

  • Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders involved in campaign execution to facilitate smooth delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. 
    Post Campaign Analysis: Analyse campaign outcomes and identify opportunities for client retention through the development of tailored retention plans aimed at strengthening the client’s brand presence on our platform. 

  • Paperwork Management: Take ownership of all paperwork associated with campaign management, including contract management, invoice payment and data entry into relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times. 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Advertising/Commerce/Communications or in any relevant field .

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages is an added advantage.  
    Resourceful, self-motivated with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams 

  • Strong team player 

  • Results -oriented  

  • Able to organize resources, present reports, and coordinate project work  

  • PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
