    What you will do:

  • Provide support to the Business Support Services team in various data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights

  • Coordinate with our materials warehouse to ensure the timely delivery of requested materials. Proactively address any issues or incidents related to material deliveries. Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Procurement and Vendor Data Management. Assist in the management of procurement processes, including purchase orders.

  • Continuously looking for efficiencies and new opportunities

  • Support on ongoing projects and connect with stakeholders inside and outside IM

We offer:

  • One year internship

  • 1000 euros per month

  • 35 hours/week

  • Start date - March 2026

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • No prior work experience required after graduation.

  • Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
