Job Description

You will assist the CapitaLand Institute of Management & Business team in the daily operations, as well as participate in the ongoing projects. 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in L&D activities such as organising training programmes, learning festivals, and talks at Business Unit and Group Level 

  • Design EDMs and visuals using Canva 

  • Assist in creating social platforms and SharePoint for learning 

  • Assist in converting contents into Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant files 

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned  

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or any other related disciplines 

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  

    Proficient in using Canva to design EDMs  

  • Familiarity with tools such as Typeform, Articulate Storyline, and Microsoft Teams will be advantageous  

  • Independent, able to multitask and detail-oriented  

  • Good spoken and written English
