Job Description

You will be supporting core HR processes and assist with projects such as recruitment, reporting, and staff engagement activities. 


Responsibilities

  • Provide recruitment support including candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination

  • Assist in HR projects such as attrition analysis, annual staff engagement surveys, or other people-related initiatives

  • Support HR operations, including staff transfers, offboarding, exit interviews, and basic HR reporting

  • Help plan and organize staff engagement activities and events. 

    Contribute to process improvement tasks and assist in preparing HR data reports and presentation materials

  • Provide general administrative support, including staff requisition forms, recruitment tracking, invoice processing, and responding to HR enquiries

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource, Business Management, or any other related disciplines

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Possess the ability to multi-task and deliver timely and accurate work

  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
