About the Role

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the recruitment team in daily operational and administrative tasks. You will be involved in maintaining recruitment data, posting job advertisements, and coordinating interviews with candidates, gaining hands-on experience and learning from an experienced and supportive recruitment team.

 

What will you do?

  • Support the recruitment team in daily work
  • Provide administrative support related to recruitment processes
  • Create and publish job advertisements on the company website and external job portals
  • Update and maintain recruitment data in internal systems
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
  • Communicate with technical recruiters via MS Teams or other available channels
  • Cooperate with other divisions across GFT (e.g. HR, Staffing)
  • Support recruitment teams in activities related to candidate experience and recruitment events

Your skills:

  • Student status (preferably in HR, psychology, sociology, management or related fields)
  • Interest in recruitment and HR processes
  • Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in daily administrative and recruitment tasks
  • Communicative English (B2 level) – required
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Availability for part-time work (approx. 20 hours per week)
