About the Role

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Analyse & Konzeption: Erarbeitung der Methodik fรผr eine Wesentlichkeitsanalyse nach dem โ€žWisdom of Crowdsโ€œ-Ansatz
  • Globale Umsetzung: Koordination fรผr die Durchfรผhrung der Analyse an allen internationalen Standorten
  • Stakeholder-Einbindung: Entwicklung eines Vorgehen, um interne und externe Perspektiven in die Bewertung einzubeziehen
  • Datenbasis schaffen: Definition der relevanten Themenfelder und Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse, so dass sie als Grundlage fรผr die CSRD-konforme Datenerfassung dienen
  • Dokumentation & Leitfaden: Erstellung einer praxisorientierten Anleitung fรผr die zukรผnftige Anwendung der Methode

Ihr Profil:

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen
  • Interesse am Thema Nachhaltigkeit und internationalen Lieferketten
  • Analytische Fรคhigkeiten und strukturierte eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
