The Role

This is a full-time, flexible, hybrid internship, running from March to August.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across multiple areas, with a strong focus on Social Media and CRM. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take ownership of day-to-day marketing activities, and gain broad exposure to how marketing operates in a fast-growing, international company.

You will work closely with the Marketing and local teams across multiple international markets, gaining exposure to global campaigns and locally adapted initiatives.

You will work closely with the Marketing and local teams to help execute campaigns, maintain consistent communication with our users, and support any marketing initiatives required by the business.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Support the planning, creation, and scheduling of content for our social media channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media communications
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and report insights
  • Stay up to date with trends and suggest ideas to improve content and engagement

CRM & Lifecycle Support

  • Support the execution of CRM campaigns across different customer touchpoints
  • Help maintain and update customer journeys, templates, and messaging
  • Assist with segmentation, campaign QA, and basic performance tracking
  • Support re-engagement, retention, and promotional campaigns

General Marketing Support

  • Assist with ad-hoc marketing initiatives across multiple international markets
  • Support coordination with local teams across different countries for campaigns and launches
  • Help maintain marketing assets, documentation, and calendars
  • Provide operational support to ensure campaigns are delivered on time

  • Currently studying Marketing or a related field and eligible for “contrato de practicas” through your university/educational establishment 
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and CRM
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools (CRM platforms, social media tools, or automation tools) is a plus
  • Other languages (French, Spanish, German) are a plus
