About the Role
<p></p> <p><strong>System Engineer I - Intern</strong></p> <p><strong>Department</strong>: Information &amp; Technology</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong>: A key contributor to our Helpdesk support team providing phone, application and server support for Conner Strong &amp; Buckelew employees. The position will provide Level 1 and 2 phone support as well as work with and maintain Windows Server, Exchange 2010 and Virtual environment.</p> <p><strong>Principal Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>-&nbsp; Provides primary support for helpdesk requests.</p> <p>- Responsible for the helpdesk activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems.</p> <p>- Ensure that all phases of helpdesk support are coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, resolved and escalated as appropriate.</p> <p>- Troubleshoot hardware, application and server issues, including but not limited to, network or local printer problems, and peripheral problems.</p> <p>- Provide support to internal employees resolving user issues with specific software applications, including Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and other industry specific applications.</p> <p>- Works with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Citrix monitoring remote users.</p> <p>- Other duties which may be assigned</p> <p><strong>Other Functions</strong></p> <p>- Assist with IT projects as needed</p> <p>- Some travel in New Jersey, Delaware and Philadelphia area as needed</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p>- Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook experience required</p> <p>- Team Player, Self-motivated with strong problem solving and customer service orientation required</p> <p>- Good verbal and written communication skills a must</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Working Conditions&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Office environment with moderate noise level; Able to work flexible hours and travel to other Conner Strong buildings and client work sites when needed.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><a href="https://www.best10weeks.com/">https://www.best10weeks.com/</a></p> <p>Effective June 1st 2026, the pay rate for this role is $25 per hour.</p> <p><em>Conner Strong &amp; Buckelew is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
