This program offers university and graduate students hands-on experience through project-based work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Throughout the program, Interns will have exposure to mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities.</p> <p>This internship will involve creating a Voyager Accounting Handbook that documents both companywide accounting guidance and detailed accounting process standard operating procedures (SOPs). The handbook will serve as a reference for employees across the organization and the accounting team, improving clarity, consistency, and efficiency in financial processes. The project includes the recording of current practices, working with accounting in drafting and reviewing documentation, and delivering a finalized, management approved handbook.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with Accounting team members to document existing processes and workflows.</li> <li>Participate in hands-on training and shadowing across key accounting functions, including Cash, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.</li> <li>Draft, organize, and maintain content for the Accounting Handbook.</li> <li>Coordinate reviews and approvals with accounting management</li> <li>Incorporate feedback and revisions to produce a clear, accurate, and practical reference guide.</li> <li>Manage project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university as an accounting or finance major; junior standing by fall 2026</li> <li>Solid understanding of accounting principles</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills; ability to organize complex information into clear, user-friendly guidance</li> <li>Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems, NetSuite preferred</li> <li>Ability to travel for in-person orientation and program kickoff as well as for final presentation at program completion</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Preferences:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous internship and coursework in accounting or finance&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Hourly Pay Range: $23.50-$30.00 per hour</strong></p> <p>*Hourly rate determined by academic year, college major, line of business, geography</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Application Deadline: March 13, 2026</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please click “Apply” to submit your application.</p> <p>To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.</p> <p>Voyager is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
