<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking highly motivated emerging talent to participate in a <strong>10-week immersive internship program </strong>from June 8, 2026, to August 14, 2026. This program offers university and graduate students hands-on experience through project-based work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Throughout the program, Interns will have exposure to mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities.</p>
<p>The Business Development intern will gain end-to-end exposure to the fundamentals of space industry business development while supporting Voyager’s strategic growth in Northeast Ohio. The intern will learn how to identify opportunities, engage customers and partners, build persuasive materials, and support proposal development - culminating in submitting a complete proposal package by the end of the internship.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Learn business development fundamentals including opportunity identification, capture planning, customer engagement etiquette, competitive analysis, and the proposal development lifecycle</li>
<li>Navigate procurement and opportunity portals; build a weekly opportunity pipeline tailored to Voyager’s capabilities and growth priorities</li>
<li>Understand the Northeast Ohio aerospace ecosystem and identify collaboration paths aligned with Voyager’s interests</li>
<li>Create customer facing materials including one page capability summaries, outreach emails, presentation slides, and competitive positioning briefs</li>
<li>Attend strategy meetings, shadow capture activities, and assist with market research supporting active pursuits</li>
<li>Produce a polished proposal submission by end of program</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university in Aerospace Engineering; junior standing by fall 2026</li>
<li>Strong business acumen with project management exposure</li>
<li>Critical and creative thinking</li>
<li>Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to travel for in-person orientation and program kickoff as well as for final presentation at program completion</li>
</ul>

<li>Previous internship, coursework, or project experience</li>
<li>Curiosity about the space industry regional ecosystem and interest in government contracting, strong research stamina, storytelling ability & persuasion awareness, adaptability in fast-moving environments,</li>

<p><strong>Hourly Pay Range: $23.50-$30.00 per hour</strong></p>
