This program offers university and graduate students hands-on experience through project-based work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Throughout the program, Interns will have exposure to mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities.</p> <p>This internship supports the Quality Assurance organization by working directly on AS9100 readiness with hands-on work in configuration management, formal change management, and core Quality Engineer (QE) functions.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support AS9100 compliance and audit preparation activities</li> <li>Assist with configuration management reviews and controls</li> <li>Support change management planning, tracking, and documentation</li> <li>Perform basic Quality Engineer functions under supervision</li> <li>Conduct process reviews and risk identification</li> <li>Develop clear, compliant quality documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Systems, Industrial, or Quality Engineering, at an accredited university; junior or senior standing by fall 2026</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to analyze processes and document findings</li> <li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li> <li>Ability to travel for in-person orientation and program kickoff as well as for final presentation at program completion</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Preferences:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous internship, coursework, or project experience related to&nbsp;quality systems, compliance, or aerospace/defense</li> </ul> <p><strong>Hourly Pay Range: $23.50-$30.00 per hour</strong></p> <p>*Hourly rate determined by academic year, college major, line of business, geography</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Application Deadline: March 13, 2026</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please click “Apply” to submit your application.</p> <p>To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.</p> <p>Voyager is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
