This is a full-time hybrid position that requires 2 days in Seattle office. 


Position Overview:


The Summer Intern will participate in a program that offers practical experience across areas such as Finance, Analytics, Marketing & Brand Strategy.

The intern will work closely with Program and Functional Managers on structured and meaningful duties to include data analysis, identifying actionable recommendations, and leveraging AI technologies, gaining exposure to multiple business functions and processes. The role will also collaborate and engage with a supportive, innovative, and stable organization focused on growth.

 

 Principle Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):

  • Contribute to meaningful, project-based work aligned with department goals
  • Collect, analyze, and report on data to support decision-making
  • Develop process documentation, insights, and recommendations
  • Participate in team meetings, shadowing, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner with peers on a Core Project with clear deliverables and deliver a final presentation to team leaders or executives
  • Collaborate on projects, processes, and system enhancements or automation
  • Participate in professional development and networking/engagement opportunities
  • Engage with other interns and cross-functional teams
  • Support their department’s day-to-day projects, gaining practical experience in their functional area

 

Qualifications & Skills: 

REQUIRED:

  • Currently a junior in college/university 
  • Expected to graduate Dec 2026 – May 2027 
  • Pursuing a degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or Liberal Arts 
  • Preferred GPA: 3.0+ 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn 
  • Experience and ability to make decisions, problem solve, plan, prioritize, and organize 
  • Excellent customer service skills
