This is an intern position to assist with User Access</span></p><p><span>Management and Problem Solving. The candidate is expected to analyze and </span><span>troubleshoot a variety of complex business applications with a goal of delivering a </span><span>solution to the Business User. The candidate will also be given opportunities to help </span><span>improve processes and documentation within IS. </span><br /> </p><p><span>This position includes helping and assisting End Users, monitoring services, working </span><span>with external vendors for solutions. The position requires the ability to meet the </span><span>challenges of an extremely customer focused and metrics driven</span></p><p><span>environment. </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Your Role: Own the Challenge</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Ability to identify process improvements as well as reduce the complexity and </span></p></li><li><p><span>systemic availability issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Complete tasks within the given period.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Constant contact with Internal Customer to acknowledge and communicate on </span><span>issues, in addition to providing training within the recommended guidelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Accurately document all customer interactions related to the issue in the </span><span>tracking tool.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with 3</span><span>rd</span><span> Party Vendor applications as required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>End-to-End problem ownership and resolution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Follow escalation process as defined.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide system-level support on a multitude of applications with a wide rang </span><span>of applied technology, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creation of Knowledge Base documentation of related problem or general </span><span>documentation on “how to’s” on a variety of applications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform user account management following SOX guidelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking </span><span>responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the </span><span>business.</span></p></li></ul><p><br /> </p><p><b><span>What it takes to run what runs the world</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Enrolled in a University / College pursuing a degree in Computer Science or </span></p></li><li><p><span>Equivalent</span></p></li><li><p><span>1 - 2 years related IS application experience. </span></p></li><li><p><span>1 year Microsoft SQL Server database experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Power Platform / Power Automate experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Requires strong communication skills to discuss resolution with the Customers. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Requires the skills to work independently and in a geographically distributed </span><span>Team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Must be able to handle tasks and function in a fast-paced, demanding, high </span><span>growth environment, and be customer business focused.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
