Magnum RFM Ice Cream Inc. is currently looking for full-time Marketing Interns to support our Media and Take Home functions.

Media Intern

The role provides hands-on experience in social media strategy and content creation. You will be collaborating with brand managers and external agencies in growing Selecta’s TikTok brand pages. If you’re ready to turn creativity into influence, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ideate, create and publish TikTok videos/pieces of content for Selecta brand pages (@selectaphilippines), Cornetto (@cornettoph), and Magnum (@magnum.ph)
• Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with brand goals
• Monitor TikTok trends and adapt content to stay relevant
• Assist in facilitating agency-led TikTok shoots as needed
• Review and provide feedback on TikTok passes created by the agency
• Report to the office as needed to film content on-site
• Support may extend to other digital formats beyond TikTok content, if required by the Company
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for growth

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of platform trends
• Basic design & video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Take Home Intern

The role provides hands-on experience with developing and executing Marketing Campaigns for Selecta’s bestselling brands. The intern will collaborate with brand managers, external agencies, and cross-functional teams to give life to concepts. If you love trends, creativity, thinking on your feet, and fast-paced projects, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring KOL Campaigns
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring Events and On-ground Activations
• Brainstorm and develop Tiktok content ideas that align with brand objectives and trends
• Assist in creating simple visual assets for social media
• Coordinate with external agencies to support marketing projects

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Familiarity with Tiktok trends and short-form content
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms)
• Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Advertising/Production, or a related field
• Experience in creating TikTok or short-form video content (personal or professional), kindly share portfolio if available
• Bonus: Prior internship or project experience in Brand or Marketing
• Bonus: Any hands-on experience working with KOLs/creators
• Bonus: Experience in creating content for other platforms i.e., Meta, Instagram Reels
