Sounds great – what’s the role in a nutshell?
The P&C (HR) intern assists the P&C department with administrative tasks; recruitment, and employee relations, gaining practical experience in human resources operations.
Your passion is:
- Administrative Support: Update employee records, maintain databases, and assist with data entry and filing P&C documents in BambooHR.
- Recruitment Assistance: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing workstations and coordinating orientation programs.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, assist in resolving issues, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, such as developing training materials or improving HR policies and procedures and uniform master book.
What are we looking for?
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in English Communication, business administration or related field.
- Basic knowledge of human resources management.
- Skills in organization, data management, and digital support.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with the team.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is an advantage.
