In your first year, you’ll train with a specialist provider to gain essential manufacturing skills before joining our Burton Brewery site, where you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to support the maintenance, improvement, and innovation of our brewing and packaging equipment. </p><p> </p></div><div><p>This programme is designed to prepare future engineering technicians to tackle real-world challenges, maintaining complex machinery while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. You’ll rotate through departments, receive hands-on training, and be supported by a dedicated mentor. Alongside practical experience, you’ll study toward nationally recognised qualifications, including a BTEC Level 3 and potentially an HNC Level 4 in Engineering – building a strong foundation for a confident, capable, and safety-conscious career in the industry. </p><p> </p></div><div><p>You will complete your qualification with MGTS in Coventry and will be expected to reside in Coventry during your first year of employment.
