Since then, Glean has evolved into the leading Work AI platform, combining enterprise-grade search, an AI assistant, and powerful application- and agent-building capabilities to fundamentally redefine how employees work.</span></p></div><h3>About the Role:</h3> <div>As a Software Engineer intern, you will participate in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that power our products and services.&nbsp;</div> <h3>You will:</h3> <div> <ul> <li>Own a scoped, high-impact project end to end - from defining the problem and writing a design, to building, testing, launching, and measuring outcomes</li> <li>Ship production-quality code that is reliable, well-tested, and maintainable, with thoughtful code reviews and iterative feedback</li> <li>Learn quickly and contribute across the stack based on your interests - backend services, product engineering, ML/AI/search, infrastructure, security, and more</li> <li>Work closely with people both within and beyond your team while having fun along the way</li> </ul> <h3>About you:</h3> <ul> <li>Graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent program</li> <li>A team player, a strong desire to learn, and an owner mentality</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast paced, data-driven environment</li> <li>Interested in something in the realm of Backend, Infrastructure, Security, UI/full-stack, or ML/NLP/Search</li> <li>Prior internship experience in one or more of the areas above</li> <li>Strong foundation in CS and software development fundamentals</li> </ul> <h3>Location:</h3> <ul> <li>This role is hybrid (3-4 days a week in our Palo Alto or San Francisco office)</li> </ul> <h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</h3> <p>The hourly pay range for this position is $57 - $69. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
