With clients at the heart of every growth decision, Gersh is harnessing strategic insights and decades of experience to strengthen its resources, empowering clients to realize success across all areas of the media landscape.</p> <p><strong>About the Program</strong></p> <p><strong>Gersh's 2026 Spike Lee Fellowship, in partnership with the Atlanta University Center Consortium (AUCC), is now accepting applications through February 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.</strong></p> <p>The Spike Lee Fellowship Program was created based on the principle that access plus exposure will create opportunities.&nbsp;The Fellowship offers a comprehensive career launchpad, including:</p> <ul> <li>Paid full-time summer internships at Gersh offices (New York, NY or Beverly Hills, CA)</li> <li>Mentorship from industry leaders</li> <li>Opportunities for a scholarship and full-time employment at the Gersh Agency, upon graduation</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Eligibility Criteria</span></p> <p>To qualify for the program, applicants must:</p> <ul> <li>Be a&nbsp;full-time enrolled college Sophomore or Junior at an Atlanta University Center Consortium institution (Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, or Spelman College)</li> <li>Be fully available throughout the length of the program: June 8 – August 14, 2026</li> <li>Exhibit exemplary character, campus leadership and a desire to pursue a career within the entertainment industry</li> <li>Include a&nbsp;resume&nbsp;highlighting professional skills, training and experience to date</li> <li>Include a cover letter (no more than one page) addressing why you would make an excellent Spike Fellow and how the experience would support your future career goals</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Application and Selection Process</span></p> <ul> <li>Deadline:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Submit all application materials by Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT</li> </ul> </li> <li>First Round Interviews: <ul> <li>Selected candidates will participate in a brief virtual interview with Gersh employees in March 2026</li> </ul> </li> <li>Final Round Interviews:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Finalists will be invited to participate in a live virtual interview with Gersh Human Resources</li> </ul> </li> <li>Final Selections:<strong>&nbsp;</strong> <ul> <li>Selected Fellows will be notified of their acceptance by March 31, 2026.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
