About the Role

Job Description

Interning as Procurement Intern you will:

  • Responsible for supporting strategic and operational objectives for the sourcing & procurement function with key activities including, but not limited to sourcing, contracting, risk and performance management.

  • Implement sourcing & procurement efforts and execute tactical procurement processes.

  • Serve as a resource regarding processes, procedures, and systems for sourcing & procurement hub.

  • Support selection of variety of suppliers and ensure that all legal, compliance and contract requirements are met.

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders in the region as well as third party providers.

  • Educate internal stakeholders about sourcing processes and strategy.  

  • Participate in contract renewals and negotiations

  • Work with multiple procurement category teams globally to ensure alignment and compliance with category strategy.

What should you know / have:

  • You should have knowledge of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.

  • You shall be detail oriented and precise.

  • You should be a good team player and have ability to work independently with a passion to solve problems and a drive for results.

  • You should be fluent in English language.

  • Any additional language (Japanese, Korean, etc.) is an advantage.
