At Molson Coors, our brewers work with advanced brewing processes and cutting-edge technology to overcome real production challenges and deliver high-quality products. </p><p> </p></div><div><p>Throughout the programme, you’ll receive tailored on-the-job training, rotating through key brewery departments to gain a broad understanding of our operations. You’ll be supported by a dedicated mentor and a team of experts committed to your development. This apprenticeship blends practical experience with academic study, leading to a nationally recognised Level 4 Brewing qualification – equipping you with the skills, confidence, and insight to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. </p></div><div><p>  </p><p> </p><p> </p></div><div><p><strong>About You  </strong></p></div><div><p>  </p></div><div><div><p>If your passionate about developing your skills, our brands and our business then we would love to hear from you. </p></div><div><p>  </p></div><div><ul><li>You will need to have/be predicted a minimum of 5 GCSE (grades 4-9) including Maths, English & Science.</li><li>Applications are welcomed from those with L3 qualifications (A levels and/or BTEC.  Minimum of 96 UCAS points) and a passion for a career in manufacturing.<span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"> </span></li><li>Have a willingness to work across multiple shifts when required, including evenings and weekends.<span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"> </span></li><li>Adaptable – you’re flexible to meet new challenges at pace.  <span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"> </span></li><li>Collaborative – We work together, celebrate together and we win together.
