This role will focus on substantiating portable airflow stand to replacing the old machine and robotic grit blast machine to elevate the operator skills, improving the process with new technology to support production and enhance operational efficiency. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring these processes into the production line, reducing motion, transportation, waiting time, and cycle time. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lean manufacturing principles and contribute to impactful projects that drive operational excellence.</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span><b>Ideal Candidate</b></span></span></p><p><span><span>The Ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical individual with a passion for lean manufacturing and process improvement.
