From automating processes to leveraging smart factory technologies, robotics, and additive manufacturing, GE Aerospace is shaping the future of aviation at GE Aerospace Engine Services Singapore (GEAESS).<br />GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.<br /> <br /><b>Role Overview:</b></p><ul><li>Key responsibilities include researching and identifying areas for improvement, testing solutions, and creating documentation and training materials for end-users.</li><li>The individual will work with cross-functional teams to integrate Covalent into existing systems, ensure functionality, and support training initiatives such as VR development, workshops, troubleshooting, and user guidance.</li><li>Success requires strong technical, analytical, and collaborative skills to drive process improvements and enhance workflows.</li></ul><p> <br /><b>Ideal Candidate</b></p><p><span><span><span><span>Detail-oriented, technically adept, and proactive team player with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, experienced in process improvement and workflow digitization, who can support cross-functional training, integrate new systems, and create clear documentation while using research and data to drive continuous improvement.</span></span></span></span>  <br /> <br /><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>A degree in business or an engineering-related field.</li><li>Interns must be able to commit to a 20-24 week internship at minimum to ensure they have sufficient time and opportunity to learn from their internship projects</li></ul><p><br /> <br />At GE Aerospace, we have a relentless dedication to the future of safe and more sustainable flight and believe in our talented people to make it happen.
