We like to promote from within: Here’s your chance.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management or a related field.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The skills we need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong Attention to Detail</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams</li> <li>Organisational and time management skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and within a team</li> <li>Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Workspace</li> </ul> <p><strong>Attributes required:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborative</li> <li>Creative Energy</li> <li>Hands on</li> <li>Have an opinion and voice it</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the development, updating, and maintenance of learning pathways across departments</li> <li>Assist in structuring development journeys for interns, graduates, and employees</li> <li>Capture, update, and maintain training and learner data</li> <li>Assist with learner records, attendance registers, and training documentation</li> <li>Support monthly Learning and Development reporting</li> <li>Assist with data analysis for dashboards, reports, and management submissions</li> <li>Compile training statistics, participation reports, and progress tracking</li> <li>Assist with compliance-related documentation and reporting processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>This is a 12-month contract position.</strong></p> <p>High Level:&nbsp;</p> <p>At the Takealot Group, our<strong> </strong>Internship Programme will help you build both technical and soft-skills to launch your career, learning from the best in the business.
