Front Office Intern – Amanyangyun

Role

Amanyangyun is seeking Interns to join our team in Shanghai, China. You will Engage in a learning-focused role, gaining exposure to hotel operations, leadership, and luxury service standards. Operate under direct supervision in a short-term position designed to educate and immerse in the employee culture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily hotel operations (front desk, guest services, reservations, etc.).
  • Support administrative tasks and customer relations.
  • Participate in team projects and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Current student enrolled in a Hotel Management or related program.
  • Internship starts around September 2026.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (written & spoken).
  • Able to commit at least 5 months of full-time internship.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in China (Our company does not sponsor visas or provide work permits for foreign interns).
