Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Intern covers different facets of Human Resources with focus on Recruitment and providing support to the People Acquisition Team. The role primarily involves employee recruitment handling including screening, virtual lobby management, interviews and assessments, database management and ad hoc tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Recruitment Handling

Processing and Tracking
  • Facilitates Virtual Lobbies
  • Monitors progress and accomplishment of applicants in all the necessary forms and assessments needed in the Virtual Lobby
  • Communicates with applicants by conducting over the phone invites and cold calls
  • Monitors applicants' progress throughout the hiring process
  • Creates and endorses documents needed
  • Organizes interview schedules through calendar invites and collates feedback afterwards
  • Provides updates and addresses concerns of applicants all throughout the hiring process
Interviews and Assessments
  • Set interviews of applicants
  • Administers role-based assessments
  • Attends interviews conducted by leaders
Database Management
  • Collects and consolidates pre-application files of applicants needed in the hiring process
  • Updates trackers and files of People Acquisition team
Additional Duties:
  • Helps the People Acquisition team in other clerical/administrative tasks
  • Generates reports, assists and performs other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor
