Indirect Supply Chain Sourcing

• Implement and support process changes in Indirect Supply Chain sourcing approvals to improve efficiency and governance.

• Assist in the achievement of major strategic sourcing goals, including cost optimization and supplier performance improvement.

• Support initiatives related to extended credit periods and productivity tracking.

Strategic & Sustainability Initiatives

• Contribute to company CO₂ reduction commitments by supporting sustainable sourcing and supplier initiatives.

• Track and follow up on productivity improvements and performance metrics related to indirect sourcing activities.

Supplier & Market Support

• Assist in supplier negotiations by providing market insights, cost trends, and benchmarking data.

• Conduct basic supplier and market analysis to support sourcing strategies and decision-making.

Project Support

• Support and coordinate Warehouse, Transport, and Packaging projects, ensuring alignment with sourcing and operational objectives.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn operational processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data tracking).
• Exposure to or interest in SAP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude.

• Candidate that is pursuing either a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management field.
• Preferable 4 months - 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
• Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Joining date: February / March 2026
