Job Description

Responsibilities  

  • Conduct spend analysis to support strategic procurement initiatives 

  • Liaise with the Sustainability team on annual sustainability related data and support external audits on supply chain data 

  • Assist in calling tenders / quotations for IT, Admin and Corporate Services categories 

  • Support the team in sourcing new qualified vendors for tender invitations and onboarding in the Ariba system, including updating existing vendor information where required 

  • Assist in the preparation of contract documents for awarded vendors 

  • Creation of Purchase Orders and Variation Orders in SAP System 

  • Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned 

 

Requirements  

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Infrastructure Project Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

  • Detail-oriented, sensitive with numbers, and strong analytical skills 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and proactively complete assigned tasks
