Role Overview:
Join Maxis as a Digital Learning & Knowledge Enablement Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise-wide learning initiatives, knowledge management, and digital enablement. This role offers exposure to real business learning needs, content governance, and the use of AI and digital tools to enhance how knowledge is created, managed, and consumed across the organization. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to strengthen Maxis’ Enterprise Knowledge Hub and learning ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Learning Programme Support: Support the coordination and execution of enterprise learning programmes, including preparation of materials, updates, and stakeholder support.
Enterprise Knowledge Hub Content Management
Assist in managing, updating, and organizing content within the Enterprise Knowledge Hub to ensure information is accurate, relevant, and easy to access.Knowledge & Content Audit: Conduct audits of existing knowledge and learning content to identify gaps, duplication, and improvement opportunities.
AI & Digital Tools Testing: Support testing and evaluation of AI-enabled and digital learning tools to enhance knowledge sharing and enterprise learning experiences.
Data Tracking & Reporting: Assist in tracking learning and knowledge usage data, preparing reports, and supporting insights for continuous improvement.
Value-Added Project
The intern will have the opportunity to contribute to a value-added project focused on Enterprise Knowledge Hub Improvement & AI Enablement Support. This project will expose the intern to real business needs, digital enablement initiatives, and how AI can support learning and knowledge management at an enterprise level, delivering meaningful impact to the organization.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Learning & Development, HR, Business, Communications, Information Management, Digital Media, IT, Data, or related fields.
Comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Strong ability to organize information clearly with attention to detail.
Curious about digital tools, knowledge systems, and AI applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work with different stakeholders.
