About the Role

This internship role supports the Service Design & Optimization team in driving project coordination and governance, assisting to oversee financial processes, and enabling effective delivery of multiple key information technology initiatives. The intern will work closely with the Senior Manager, Process Expert, to ensure proper documentation management, budget tracking, project milestone monitoring, and leadership reporting for a portfolio of strategic programs.

Project Coordination & Governance

·       Coordinate and monitor the overall project governance of key Group SAM initiatives as follow, including budget tracking, forecasting, and monitoring of actual spend for:

  • Asset Management (HAM and CMDB)
  • GenAI / AIOps initiatives
  • Incident, Problem and Change
  • System Stability Automation
  • ISO 20000

·       Assist to oversee end-to-end project financial processes, including tracking and managing POs, invoices releases, and GRNs for assigned projects.

·       Consolidate and prepare spending summaries and balance updates to support project and governance reporting.

 

Contract & Documentation Tracking

·       Ensure timely execution and tracking of MSA/SOW for 2026 spending.

·       Assist to maintain structured filing and documentation for project and contract records.
 

Operational Governance & Project Support

·       Monitor project activities and align progress with payment milestones defined in the MSA.

·       Assist in consolidating data and gather progress updates from cross‑functional teams within Group SAM.
 

Leadership Reporting

·       Prepare reports and summaries for SAM Leadership Team on spending, budget status, and project updates.

 

General Support / Others

·       Support additional tasks as required (AOB), contributing to operational improvements and team initiatives.

· Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirements

·       Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a background or degree combining Computer Science and Business (i.e. Information Systems & Computer Science with Business Commerce), or related fields.

·       Good organizational skills, willingly to learn & pay attention to details.

·       Professional attitude with a strong growth mindset, demonstrating willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools/programs.

·       Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable working with budgets and spreadsheets.

·       Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· Basic understanding of IT concepts (asset management, automation, AI/ML, GenAI) is a bonus.

· Internship duration last for 6 months.
