<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Sales Support Rep duties including: </span></p>
<ul>
<li style=" font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Accurately place orders into the system from customer-issued PO’s</span></li>
<li style=" font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Follow-up on orders to ensure their successful delivery within customer expectations.</span></li>
<li style=" font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead open order management, insuring that open orders are delivered to the customer expediently and accurately</span></li>
<li style=" font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Confirm that all invoicing activity is taking place in a timely and accurate manner</span></li>
<li style=" font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Take a proactive role with problem resolution at the customer and supplier levels</span></li>
<li style=" font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Learn about the programs available at our major vendor suppliers in order to source products via the most advantageous price to ePlus</span></li>
<li style=" font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist customers with Returns issues, order inquiries, and any other requests for information</span></li>
<li style=" font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop successful relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments</span></li>
<li style=" font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist with quoting </span></li>
<li style=" font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Offer add-on opportunities to our customers such as warranty uplifts, service agreements, accessories, or supplies</span></li>
