Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?</p><h5><br>Responsibilities</h5><ul><li><p><span>Support the team with <strong>data-driven operational tasks</strong> and analytics-focused sales projects</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build, maintain, and optimize <strong>Power BI dashboards</strong>, reports, and automated data pipelines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop <strong>data models</strong> that improve reporting accuracy and enable deeper sales performance insights</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with <strong>SQL</strong> to extract, clean, and structure data from various internal systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into scalable analytical solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Present insights through clear, visually compelling <strong>reports and presentations</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to the development of <strong>best practices</strong> for data governance, reporting standards, and analytics workflows</span></p></li></ul><h5>Requirements</h5><ul><li><p><span>Enrolled student (all genders) in <strong>business analytics, data science, economics, business informatics, statistics, or a related field</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Mandatory internship required by your university, lasting <strong>5-6 months</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong interest in <strong>data analytics</strong>, sales performance metrics, and process optimization</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with:</span></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Power BI</strong> (or similar BI tools)</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>SQL</strong> for data extraction and transformation</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Data modeling</strong> concepts (star schema, relationships, normalization, etc.)</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span>Motivated to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities within the sales organization</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent in English; German is a plus</span></p></li><li><p><span>Open-minded, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment</span></p></li></ul><h5><strong>What we offer</strong></h5><ul><li><p>The contract location will be&nbsp;<strong>Goeppingen, Germany</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Make an impact!</strong> Take ownership of your own projects and contribute meaningfully to international initiatives.
