About the Role

Sales Support Intern (Sales Administration) – IDEXX

Join IDEXX, a global leader in veterinary diagnostics, and become part of a dynamic and international team.
As a Sales Support Intern (Sales Administration), you will play a key role in supporting our commercial activities by providing operational support to the Sales teams and managing customer orders through our internal systems, particularly SAP.

Your responsibilities

During your internship, you will be involved in:

  • Creating, updating, and tracking customer orders in SAP

  • Providing administrative support to the Sales teams in managing customer accounts

  • Producing and maintaining activity and performance reports

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and tools

Your profile

You are:

  • A student in Business, Management, or Administration

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented and international environment

  • Proficient in Excel and standard office tools

  • Previous experience with SAP or another ERP system is a plus

  • Native Spanish & Fluent in English (working environment)
