XM proudly announces its summer internship program for 2026, meticulously crafted to welcome final year graduating students and offer them a gateway to their first hands-on experience in their chosen field of study and passion.

 

Embark on a transformative 9-week journey, facing real-world challenges and sharpening your skills in a fast-paced and international working environment. Throughout this journey, you'll have dedicated XMers by your side, serving as your professional buddies and mentors.

 

As an intern within our vibrant Big-Fair-Human organisation, you'll have exclusive access to customised workshops and interactive learning activities. Program Details:

•    Duration: 8/06/2026 – 07/08/2026

•    Days/Hours: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week

•    Location: Limassol (Full-time office based)

About the Role:

As an intern in the IT Service Desk department, you will gain hands-on experience with a variety of exciting tasks, including user hardware setup, asset management, and data validation for IT systems. You'll have the chance to sharpen your technical skills by setting up and enrolling devices into the Microsoft Azure environment, managing the full lifecycle of devices, and configuring peripherals to ensure smooth user experience. You'll also work with industry tools like JIRA and Confluence, learning how to navigate and utilize them effectively.

 

Throughout your internship, you'll be mentored by experienced professionals and receive dedicated training, including guidance on using JIRA and support from an escalation point of contact for any challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your technical expertise, enhance your communication skills, and contribute to real-world IT projects in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Main requirements:
  • Final year or postgraduate students in the academic fields of Computer Science, Information Technology or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum academic requirements:
1.Cyprus and Greece Universities: GPA 7.5/10
2.UK Universities: Degree classification 2:1
3.Private Universities in Cyprus: GPA 3.5/4
4.US Universities: GPA 3.3/4
  • Copy of academic transcripts is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
