<p><strong>What Will You Do?</strong></p>
<p><strong>The Overview</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a Marketing Operations &amp; Analytics Intern to help reduce manual marketing work and strengthen our reporting foundation. You’ll support data hygiene and operational workflows across HubSpot, Smartsheet, GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets so the team can move faster with more confidence. You may also support content execution for Prolaio and the OCORO Heart Study (repurposing, tracking, and basic performance reporting).</p>
<p>This internship is designed to build real-world marketing operations and analytics skills. You’ll learn how to manage and improve CRM data, connect performance metrics to business decisions, and create dashboards and reporting that teams actually use. You’ll also gain exposure to how marketing works in a regulated environment, balancing speed, quality, and compliance, while building portfolio-ready work (dashboards, KPI recaps, and documented processes) you can point to after the program.</p>
<p><strong>The Specifics</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support marketing data cleanup and organization (naming conventions, deduping, source tracking, lifecycle consistency).</li>
<li>Build and maintain weekly/monthly reporting and dashboards tied to funnel</li>
<li>performance and recruitment KPIs.</li>
<li>Document workflows and create templates/ checklists to make recurring Identify and implement at least one process improvement that reduces manual effort.</li>
<li>Assist with content execution and performance tracking as needed.</li>

<p><strong>Who You Are?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Working toward a degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field</li>
<li>Strong comfort with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel); able to use advanced formulas (pivot tables a plus)</li>
<li>Familiarity and comfortability with basic marketing metrics (funnels, conversion rates, attribution, UTMs)</li>
<li>Able to work with messy datasets and improve data quality (detail-oriented, consistent)</li>
<li>Clear communicator who can document processes and explain findings simply</li>
<li>Experience with or willingness to learn HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, and Smartsheet quickly</li>
</ul>
<p class="p1">Compensation: The expected hourly rate for this internship is $25/hour.</p>
