Job Description:

The Team Member Resources (TMR) Intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple TMR disciplines while providing administrative and project support to the TMR team. This internship offers broad exposure to Communications, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Relations, making it ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking a well-rounded foundation in Human Resources.

The intern will work closely with TMR professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop practical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Communications

  • Assist with drafting and formatting internal TMR communications (emails, intranet content, announcements)
  • Help maintain TMR content on internal platforms and shared resources
  • Support engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns led by TMR

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist with job descriptions, and Co-op program planning
  • Participate in recruiting projects, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives as needed

Talent Management

  • Support learning and development programs, including training coordination and tracking
  • Assist with performance management and succession planning documentation
  • Help prepare reports and materials related to employee development initiatives

Employee Relations

  • Provide administrative support for employee relations processes, including documentation and tracking
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain confidentiality while supporting TMR case management and policy administration

Qualifications

Required

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Previous internship, campus leadership, or administrative experience
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
  • Familiarity with TMR systems or applicant tracking systems
