To support you through this and ensure proper development, we believe strongly in mentoring and coaching.  You will receive plenty of care and expert career advice along the way through those partnerships.  The incumbent will be a member of the EHS team within our Clean Air and Clean Air Solutions business, supporting health and safety programs for our employees and the customers we serve.

The role:

As a Health & Safety Intern, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Program gap analyses
  • Assist in setting up a safety training program
  • Field visits
  • Review and refining the job safety analyses program
  • Policy review and building
  • General EHS skills and career development

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Working towards a B.S in Public Health, Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, a true career aspiration to be a leader and must be adaptable, strive for excellence, and demonstrate a positive attitude in the face of adversity
  • Strong interpersonal skills a must, coupled with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships to achieve results
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills essential
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US
