About the Role

Description:

Fluid is looking for an Interior Design student to complete an internship at our downtown Minneapolis location. Fluid Interiors is a progressive marketer and supplier of products and services for corporate, governmental, educational, healthcare, and hospitality interiors.

The interior design intern provides design assistance to dealership internal staff including, but not limited to designers and account executives.

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate Interior Design program.
  • This internship will start in March 2026.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain Design Resource Library
  • Assist designers with projects when applicable.
  • Assist Showroom Coordinator
  • The duration of the internship will be approximately 3 months from the date of hire. Hours will range from 16-20 hours per week.

Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in an Interior Design program seeking an associate or bachelor’s degree.

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Possess organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, including writing skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take initiative
  • Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to lift 10 lbs.

After required hours are met, the internship position will terminate.

This is a paid internship.
