During your 12 week internship you’ll work on projects spanning Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations or Commercial/Partner Transformations teams with opportunities for full time employment in these functions the following year.&nbsp;</p> <p>Throughout the internship, you will be mentored by a dedicated sponsor and have the opportunity to connect with senior leaders across the organization.</p> <p>Impact you will have:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with team members across multiple functions on challenging projects varying from international strategy, go-to-market strategy and operations and new product introductions and long range planning.&nbsp;</li> <li>Structure ambiguous business problems. Conduct thorough and accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis. Synthesize complex information into clear, insightful takeaways and action-oriented recommendations. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive implementation and impact.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide visibility and performance tracking to the business (Operational councils, Ops reviews, rep. efficiency and productivity Indicators, dashboards)</li> <li>Help build our data and reporting foundation</li> <li>Increase your understanding of enterprise software business problems and develop new skills to help you at every stage of your career at Databricks and beyond.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will graduate in Spring 2027 from an MBA program.</li> <li>You have 3-5 years of previous professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, business analysis, or related fields.&nbsp;</li> <li>You demonstrate an advanced ability to define and break down ambiguous and complex business problems with limited guidance</li> <li>You are an excellent communicator (written and oral), with an ability to synthesize complex information into clear, insightful takeaways and action-oriented recommendations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>You put the team before yourself and are willing to get hands-on, no matter how small the task</li> <li>Previous experience in enterprise software preferred.</li> <li>Previous experience with SQL preferred.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Pay Range Transparency</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 14px;">Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.&nbsp; Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
