This role provides a unique opportunity to partner closely with the VP of Corporate Strategy and cross-functional teams to develop analyses and insights that shape key decisions across Kardigan.</p> <p>The intern will gain exposure to corporate strategy within a high‑growth biotechnology company and contribute to projects across enterprise strategy, disease and asset strategy, competitive intelligence, and new opportunity evaluation.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the development of enterprise, business unit, disease area, and asset-level strategies through structured analysis and strategic problem solving</li> <li>Conduct market, competitive, and landscape assessments across cardiovascular therapeutics, digital health, and adjacent areas</li> <li>Evaluate new business concepts and strategic opportunities, including potential partnerships and adjacencies</li> <li>Build quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g., market sizing, competitive benchmarking, scenario modeling) to inform strategic discussions</li> <li>Develop clear, executive-ready presentations to communicate findings and recommendations</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams—R&amp;D, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, and others—to gather inputs and synthesize insights</li> <li>Translate complex information into concise, structured insights that support decision-making</li> <li>Present final findings and recommendations to the corporate strategy team and relevant leaders</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p> <ul> <li>First-year MBA students enrolled full-time graduating between December 2026 and June 2027</li> <li>Prior experience / interest in healthcare industry (biotechnology, pharma, med tech, etc.)</li> <li>Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilities</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including building executive presentations and performing quantitative analysis</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Pay:</strong> $30 per hour<br><strong>Location requirement:</strong> Candidates must be based in the Greater Chicago Area (no relocation assistance)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div>
