In this role, you won't just be "helping out"; you will be a force multiplier. You’ll act as the tactical engine behind our most visible site initiatives, ensuring that as our technology evolves, our people and culture stay right there with it.This internship position is located in Oceanside, on-site. The Opportunity1. Site-Wide Change Management (The People Side of Tech)<ul><li>Onboarding & Workflows: Design and develop modern onboarding materials and training workflows tailored to the OSUT transition and broader organizational shifts.</li><li>Operational Excellence: Centralize engagement workflows to allow leadership to focus on high-level strategy while you ensure the "boots on the ground" experience remains top-notch.</li></ul>2. Long-term Community Impact<ul><li>Sustainable Volunteering: Design and implement a formal recruiting process for site-wide volunteering to move from "one-off" events to a sustainable, year-round engagement model.</li><li>Giving Frameworks: Collaborate with DNA (Diversity Network Association) teams to refine community giving frameworks and strengthen our local impact in the Oceanside area.</li></ul>3.
