About this position
During this internship, you will support Asia-Pacific Indirect Material and Services (IMS) procurement by managing end‑to‑end tenders, engaging stakeholders and suppliers, and driving cost, value, and risk improvements across categories like Capital Investments and Facility Management. Ensures full compliance with source‑to‑pay processes, documentation standards, and global/regional policies.What you´ll do
- Support Asia-Pacific Indirect Material and Services (IMS) sourcing activities, including but not limited to Capital Investments and Facility Management categories.
- You will have the opportunity to conduct tenders from-end-to-end. Screen the market, engage stakeholders and suppliers to steer sourcing projects (align requirement, project plan, negotiation strategy with bid analysis etc.) leading to cost reduction, value creation, optimal timeline/quality and risk mitigation.
- Ensure and support compliant source-to-pay process with clear documentation and in line with global/regional policies and sourcing tools
- Join us for an exciting internship from July 2026 to December 2026
What makes you a good fit
- Prior working or internship experience, preferably in sourcing, engineering or analytics-related roles, is an advantage
- Degree related to Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering or Sustainability preferably but not mandatory
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Independent and self-driven with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
- Mandarin language skills will be advantageous
- Strong project and time management skills
- Team player attitude
- Knowledge of purchasing and contract management practices would be advantageous
