We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Motivated bachelor’s degree students in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (with 3 semesters remaining).
  • Availability 30 hours a week
  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) as the role provides support and customer interaction for the north America region.
  • Strong interest in account reconciliations and solid accounting findamentals.
  • Solid Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc. are highly beneficial for this role).
  • A results-driven mindset, able to meet deadlines and understand the importance of accurate reporting in business decisions.
  • Intermediate to advanced English Proficiency

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Supports the analysis, validation, and cleanup of customer deductions within the Invoice to Cash system for the North America region, ensuring deductions are aligned with approved promotions, discounts, or product conditions.
  • Reviews, categorizes, and corrects deductions, providing visibility on invalid cases and opening disputes in the system when deductions do not meet agreed commercial terms.
  • Uses advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF) to organize data, analyze large datasets, and support decision-making related to deduction trends and follow-up.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Finance, and internal teams, leveraging strong English communication skills to support ongoing discussions and issue resolution with regional stakeholders.    
  • Develops accounting and analytical skills on the job, with a strong learning mindset and willingness to take on additional responsibilities over time, where attitude, curiosity, and technical growth are valued over prior experience.
