About the Role

TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC

- Theo dõi, thu thập và tiếp nhận đầy đủ hồ sơ đầu vào của nhân viên mới;
- Liên lạc với ứng viên, sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn cho ứng viên với nội bộ team tuyển dụng hoặc các phòng ban liên quan;
- Hỗ trợ team tuyển dụng trong các dự án mở rộng nguồn ứng viên, xây dựng thương hiệu tuyển dụng hoặc các dự án khác (nằm trong kế hoạch của team tuyển dụng);
- Nhập thông tin dữ liệu ứng viên trên hệ thống/file dữ liệu;
- Các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Sinh viên năm cuối các trường Đại học khối ngành Kinh tế (Đã hoàn thành chương trình học, có thể thực tập Fulltime) hoặc mới ra trường;
- Có thể làm việc toàn thời gian từ 3 - 6 tháng;
- Định hướng lâu dài theo lĩnh vực tuyển dụng;
- Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các phần mềm thiết kế là một điểm cộng (Canva, AI, PS..)
