About the Role

Role Purpose

 

The Tamheer program is a six-month-long on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

 

  • Advanced level in English language (Written, Speaking).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  •  Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  •  Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Outstanding collaboration skills. Ability to partner with leaders, team members, and peers to drive results.
