About the Role

We are currently looking for a strongly motivated graduate to join our all-star, international and growing Online Store Management team based in Milan.

You will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of seasonal operating plans designed to capture global sales for our brand partners' online stores.


What you'll do:

  • Ensure that the online store and overall look and feel of the site reflect the brand's vision

  • Support the team in coordinating and managing digital catalog creation and product shooting plans and guidelines

  • Support the team in managing the flow of goods and price lists according to the delivery plan and the retail plan of the brand partner

  • Support the searchandising activities and the implementation of the commercial plan

  • Help the team on product description and translation with internal and external copywriters

  • Work cross functionally, communicate and manage processes across departments, with the brand partner, and external service provider


What we're looking for:

  • Academic Background in Economics / Management / Marketing or similar degrees

  • Passionate about fashion, design, luxury and digital

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel

  • Fluency in Italian and English

  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment, with a multi-tasking and problem-solving approach

  • Exceptional attention to detail, motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on achieving great results

  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player

  • Excellent time management and follow up skills

  • Pro-active and can-do attitude

  • Willingness to engage with and ability to communicate effectively across the business
