About You
As a summer Sanian, you'll be part of a dynamic team. Whether you're in Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, your role will involve identifying emerging market needs and trends, and understanding how Sana can address the challenges faced by leading global organizations. You'll help shape the future strategies and structures within your team, focusing on expanding into new markets, supporting strategic initiatives, and developing the tools and processes that enable Sana to scale effectively.
What will help you thrive
Currently completing final year of university, or entering final year of university.
Speak fluent English, and preferably one more European/Nordic language.
Possess entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability, alongside a relentless determination to deliver and achieve targets.
Passion about workforce efficiencies and deeply committed to continuous learning and development.
A humble and curious mind.
Enthusiasm about starting a career with Sana post-graduation.

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
